taala; to update these knowledges to the students, guruji arranges many

workshops, weekly classes for this regard.


Mrudanga classes as well asa VEENA classes will be run in Guruguha

Sangeetha Maha Vidyalaya on every Saturdays and Sundays. Guruji

Vid. Sampagodu Sheshadri Bhatt started the mrudanga Paatha.

Whenever he will be there in Gurukula, guruji instructed him to

teach taala paatha to the students.

This helped many students to get
the grip on their rhythm.


Along with this, guruji arranged Samskrutha classes for twice in a

Mankuthimmana Kagga is one of the most famous and popular major literary works in
Kannada, composed by Dr. D. V. Gundappa (known by the name D V G), and published in 1943.

Mankuthimmana Kagga is widely regarded as a masterpiece among the Kannada speaking population of southern
India. It is in fact called the Bhagavad Gita in Kannada. The title of this work can be translated as "Song of Mankutimma". Kagga is a beautiful and profound collection of 945 poems. Each poem is of four lines. Some of the poems are in old Kannda style (haLegannada). Kagga poems are profound, and poetic. Most of these can be sung.
